Dr. Oz said the best weight-loss trend of 2013 is adding probiotics to your diet, because these gut bacteria aid digestion and promote weight loss.
Probiotics are microscopic live organisms that keep the digestive and immune systems healthy. Insufficient probiotic intake can lead to digestive issues and weight gain.
Dr. Oz had two female guests on his show who said they each lost over 30 pounds simply by adding probiotics to their diets. Both women ate Greek yogurt for breakfast and lost weight effortlessly.
